- Enter the last four numbers of the Credit Card
- Enter the Last four numbers of the SSN
- Enter the 5 Digit Zip Code
Step 3: Click the “Activate My Card” button
Click the Activate My Card button and enter your card number, security code, and expiration date. Once you click the Activate button, your card is activated!
Apply for Surge Credit Card
Surge credit cards are made for those looking to pay an annual fee to enhance their credit history. $120 is split into monthly installments of $10. For the first year of membership, users begin with a $380 credit limit, and charges don’t apply until the $500 limit is reached. To apply for Surge Credit Card, provide the following information:
- First and last name
- The social security number
- Your date of birth
